Hallo! Quietriot97 here, and I'm gonna fill you in on the Submarne Party. The Yellow Snorkel is in the Forest, and the Seashell Belt is on the 2nd floor of the Coffee Shop. If you haven't heard already, the party has been extended untill Friday, February 22. Yay! Also, the new game where you save bits and pieces of Rockhopper's ship has been delayed untill February 20 due to difficulties the Club Penguin Team is having.
